disolo Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our") provides the following information regarding how we handle privacy in our macOS applications "rune Hub" and "rune Studio" (collectively, the "Apps").
Information We Collect
The Apps do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information.
For details about data stored locally on your device, please refer to each app's section below.
Analytics & Advertising
The Apps do not use any analytics tools or advertising SDKs.
rune Hub — Data Stored on Your Device
- Preset settings (shortcut keys, prompt templates, etc.)

rune Hub — Data Sent to External Services
rune Hub may send text or images to the following external services when triggered by user action:
- OpenAI (ChatGPT)
- Anthropic (Claude)
- Google (Gemini)
Data is sent to these services only when the user explicitly performs an action. The handling of transmitted data is governed by each service's respective privacy policy. We do not receive or store any data sent through these services.
rune Hub — Screenshots
rune Hub includes the ability to capture screenshots when triggered by user action. Captured images are stored only as temporary files on the device and are not transmitted to our servers.
rune Hub — Accessibility & Automation Permissions
rune Hub uses macOS Accessibility and Automation permissions to send keystrokes and control applications. These permissions are used solely to assist user actions and are not used to collect or record user activity.
rune Studio — Data Stored on Your Device
- Application settings (font, display preferences, etc.)

rune Studio — File Access
rune Studio reads and writes files and folders selected by the user. All file access is performed within the macOS App Sandbox and is limited to files explicitly chosen by the user.
rune Studio — External Communication
rune Studio does not transmit any data to external servers.
Terms of Use
License
Your use of this app is governed by the Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) included in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. These Terms of Use supplement that EULA.
Subscriptions
This app offers some features through subscriptions. For each app's pricing and billing method, please see Pricing.
Auto-Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price and duration unless canceled before the end of the current period.
rune Hub
You can cancel anytime from the Paddle management page opened via the app menu "Manage subscription...", or from the link in the email Paddle sends after purchase. After canceling, you can continue using rune Hub until the end of your paid period.
rune Studio
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through System Settings → Apple ID → Media & Purchases → Subscriptions.
Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any data loss or other damages arising from the use of this app. We recommend backing up important data regularly.
Governing Law
To the extent not governed by the Apple EULA or applicable local law, these Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Pricing
This app offers some features through subscriptions. Pricing and billing differ by app.
rune Hub
- Monthly plan: ¥250/month
- Yearly plan: ¥2,500/year
rune Hub subscriptions are billed in Japanese yen through Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle automatically converts the price to your local currency at checkout.
rune Studio
- Monthly plan: $2.99/month
- Yearly plan: $29.99/year
rune Studio subscriptions are tied to your Apple ID and billed through the App Store.
Free Trial
You can use the app for 30 days from the first launch without purchasing a subscription. After 30 days, a subscription is required to continue using the app.
Refund Policy
rune Hub
rune Hub subscriptions are sold through Paddle, our payment provider. Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not provide refunds for the portion of a billing period already paid. You can stop future charges by canceling before your next renewal date (you may continue using rune Hub until the end of your paid period).
If a technical issue prevents you from using the app, please contact us through the contact form and we will respond individually. Paddle's refund terms also apply.
rune Studio
rune Studio is sold through the App Store. Refunds follow Apple's refund policy and must be requested directly from Apple.
